Yes. The product images on our site are accurate representations of the items you will receive. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings. If a product has multiple styles, colors, or sizes, the details will be clearly mentioned in the description.
You can view and download your sales receipt from your account dashboard. Simply log in, go to Orders or Purchase History, select the order you want, and you’ll find the receipt or invoice available there. A copy is also emailed to you after each purchase.
To return an item, go to your Orders or Purchase History section, select the order, and choose Return Item. Follow the steps to print your return label and securely package the product. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
We regularly restock popular items. If a product is currently marked as out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. In some cases—such as limited editions or seasonal items—restocking may not be possible, and this will be noted in the description.
We currently ship orders to all locations shown at checkout. During the checkout process, you’ll be able to see the countries or regions we serve. If your location isn’t listed, it means we’re not able to ship there at this time. For special shipping requests, feel free to contact our support team.
